5 months after the skate across Morocco and the shoes I used were still going strong. If it were not for sporting sails I doubt they would have survived our first mountain range. Not only did these sails help modulate my speed but they also had me flying at or above 50 kph on flat ground... A must for distance skating in windy or hilly reigions and also great fun on their own.

Their durability and thin flat soles are ideal for pushing around without looking like a nerd and they work great for lifting weights too!

No introduction needed, everyone knows Saucony! They are providing me with my favorite shoes for racing the Type A4 racing flat. This shoe has a minimal midsole and little heel rise, its super lightweight. I am a firm believer in the merits of lightweight footwear that don't hinder the natural biomechanics of the foot. I've never used a better racing shoe for board feel or for FAST pushing.

Kombucha is fermented tea. It contains a great probiotic culture that helps promote a healthy GI tract and one that also promotes a lean body. KBBK makes the best tasting and highest quality Kombucha I have EVER had! As a result I'm very happy to be drinking KBBK at the races and I'll be using a KBBK kit to brew my own Kombucha.
